Our program utilizes PARENT VOLUNTEER COACHES! Without coaches, there will not be teams! Please consider volunteering to coach your child's team. You can volunteer during registration, and we offer reimbursement of the fees for the child of the head coach!

Our programs are TEAM-BASED, OPEN ENROLLMENT programs! There are no tryouts or evaluations for our general recreation programs. Teams are formed based on practice night and friend requests within your age group.  

 

QUICK FACTS about our U12 South Region Program
Season:	March 3 through May 18
Teams Offered:	Separate teams for Boys and Girls born in 2013 and 2014
Practice & Game Location:	McKee Road Park, 4201 McKee Road, Charlotte (MAP)
Practice Days:	May be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, dependent on requests/availability.
Game Days:	Saturdays in season. Game times vary. Sunday games are possible for make ups.

AGE GROUPS 12U South Region Program

• Separate teams for boys and girls. • This program is intended for players in elementary school. • Players born in years 2013 and 2014 are eligible for U12. • Please see our age group policy - requests to play up must be made prior to February 1 and are subject to approval and space availability. • For middle school and high school age players (birth years 2012-2006, please click here for information. • For younger players or other location options, please click here to return to the Program Summary page for all options.

PRACTICE INFORMATION 12U South Region Program

• Fall Season begins March 3 and ends no later than May 18. • One practice per week at McKee Road Park, 4201 McKee Road, Charlotte (MAP) • Practice nights available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, OR Thursday, based on coach availability. • Players are assigned to a practice night and time based on coach availability & special requests. • You can select one "blackout" night during registration if you have other activities. • Practices are 5:30pm to 6:30pm or 6:45 to 7:45 as available. • A parent or designated adult guardian that provides transportation for the player must remain onsite at all times. GAME INFORMATION 12U South Region Program

• Games are played at McKee Road Park, 4201 McKee Road, Charlotte (MAP) or other local fields. • 6 games minimum per season; played primarily on Saturdays between 9am and 5pm. • Scheduled game days: March 15, 22, 29, April 5, 26, May 3, 10, 17 • Spring Break: April 12 - 20 • Rain dates: Sundays in season. • A parent or designated adult guardian that provides transportation for the player must remain onsite at all times. Players may not be dropped off.

FEES AND POLICIES U12 South Region Program

U12 Fee: $180 per season. • We do our best to meet requests, but they are not guaranteed.  • Refunds are not provided due to schedule conflicts, change requests, registration errors or requests that could not be met, sorry.  • Requests for registration cancellation must be received by February 1 to be eligible for credit or refund. All cancellations are subject to $25 administrative fee. No refunds/credits for individual player registration cancellations received after February 1.  • Volunteer to coach your child's team and your fees will be reimbursed when the season starts. You can volunteer during the player registration process. • Uniform is NOT included in fee and must be purchased separately. Please see below.

UNIFORM ORDERING AND REQUIRED EQUIPMENT 12U South Region Program

"HOME" UNIFORM: Yellow CSA Jersey, black shorts, and black socks "AWAY" UNIFORM: White CSA Jersey, black shorts and black socks • This is same uniform used for Fall 2024 and will be used through Spring 2026. • If you do not have this uniform kit, it must be purchased separately as follows:   Players are required to purchase the two jerseys online from Soccer.com. (One yellow jersey and one white jersey).   Players are also required to have black athletic shorts, black soccer socks, shinguards, cleats and a ball. December 9	Registration Opens for Spring season on December 9th. Sign up early.  Our program has limited capacity. We will utilize wait lists when necessary to manage enrollment. Wait lists can start at any time, based on demand. You are not guaranteed a spot on a team if you are on the wait list.
February 1	Last day to request an individual refund if you choose not to participate.  Subject to administrative fees.

February 25, 26, 27	Optional Preseason Camp for U6-U12.Registration coming soon.
February 21	Team Assignments and Practice Nights emailed to parents. This is delayed if we do not have coaches!
March 3rd-7th	First Week of Practices for weeknight teams. KickStarters begins March 15.
Game Days KickStarters and 6U through 12U	Saturdays: March 15, 22, 29 April 5 (Silent Saturday), 26 May 3, 10, 17 Spring Break: April 12-20 Game schedules for the season are typically available one week prior to the first game!
